Molly Elizabeth Lundy

Molly Elizabeth Lundy, loving Mother, Sister, Aunt and friend, passed away at the age of 36 on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center of Mishawaka. Molly was born on April 14, 1981 in South Bend, Indiana to William and Patricia (Barrett) Lundy. 

            Surviving are her children Anthony, Nathan, Cruz and Jersey Torres, her children’s father, Angel Torres of Mishawaka, and her father, William Lundy all of Mishawaka.  Also surviving are her siblings Mathew (Tara) Lundy of Osceola, and Michelle (Allen Martinez) Lundy of Mishawaka.  Surviving as well are her nieces and nephews Alyssa & Brianna Lundy and Alexandra, Christian and Preston Martinez. Her mother, Patricia preceded her in death in 2006.  Molly is now by her Mother’s side once more.

            Memorial visitation will be held from 3-7 pm Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Osceola. 

            Molly was employed for over eleven years as a customer service representative with CDI in South Bend.  Molly was a very social person who enjoyed spending time with friends and family but her greatest joy was being a mother to her children.  She and the kids loved watching movies together and gathering around the table to enjoy her home-cooked meals. 

            Because of her children’s young age, the Lundy family requests donations be made in lieu of flowers to Molly’s children for their education.
