Margaret Ann (Page) Briggs

Margaret Ann Briggs, age 87 of Osceola, passed away March 18, 2024, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.  Margaret was born September 28, 1936, in Baldock, Hertfordshire, England to the late Harold F. and Ada Mabel (Newman) Page.  On July 23, 1955, she married Richard Albert George John Briggs in St. Mary’s Church in Baldock, England.  Richard preceded her in death in January of 2020.

Surviving are her children Julie Etchison of Mishawaka, Indiana, Caroline Pearman of Noblesville, Indiana, Richard (Tara) Briggs and Jonathan (Heidi) Briggs, both of The Villages, Florida.  Surviving as well are her grandchildren Allison Raines, Adrian Taylor and Nicholas Green, along with 8 great-grandsons, Nigel Blume, Drake Blume, Tyler Ransbottom, Collin Watkins, Dylan Ransbottom, Kyle Ransbottom, Seth Taylor and Ogden Green, and one great-great grandson, Augustine Watkins.  She was preceded in death by her brother Gordon F. Page and her sons in law, David Etchison and Thomas Pearman.

Following Margaret’s wishes, no services will be held at this time.  Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Osceola has been entrusted with her care.
