Anakin Edward Valentine-Thompson

Anakin Edward Valentine Thompson, the precious son of Matthew Thompson and Jaden Valentine, entered this world already wrapped in the love that carried him through every moment of his life. Though he never took a breath, he knew only warmth, safety, and the steady love of his family. From his first moment to his last, he lived in a world made entirely of love, never knowing pain or fear, only the constant care that held him throughout his time with us. He spent his whole life surrounded by love, and that is the gift we will always carry forward.

Anakin is survived by his loving parents, Matthew Thompson and Jaden Valentine, along with his siblings Apollo and Londyn Thompson. Surviving as well are his grandparents Ronald and Aimee Valentine Jr., Jason and Toni Thompson, and Amy Wiseman, along with his great grandparents Charles Eaglebarger Jr., Brenda and Robert Miller, and Phillip Wiseman. Also surviving are his uncles and aunts Ashlee, Victoria and Ronald Valentine, Lexi and Cole Comment, Zach and Naomi Thompson, Braden, Alyssa, Mason and Madison Thompson, and many cousins including Penelope and O’Zirus. His great grandmother, Sharon Lee Wiseman, preceded him in death along with other grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

A private family viewing was held at Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home in Mishawaka. May his brief but love filled life continue to bring strength and peace to all who hold him in their hearts.
