Debbie Foreman, 61, of South Bend unexpectedly passed on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, with family by her side. She was born in South Bend on Jan. 19, 1965, to the late David and Lydia (Sudlow) Kelly.

Surviving are her children, Jessica Foreman of Mishawaka, Daniel Foreman of South Bend, their father, Terry Foreman; sisters, Coleen (Dwayne) Wright of Granger, and Melissa Kelly of Mishawaka, 2 grandchildren Parker and Novella Foreman, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Carsen.

Debbie was a hardworking and determined woman who truly loved what she did. She dedicated many years as Controller and Financial Manager at Triangle Rubber and Plastics in Goshen, where her strong work ethic and commitment were evident in everything she accomplished. Away from work, Debbie found joy in life's simple moments, whether it was taking a “Sunday drive” with no destination, gathering with family for game nights filled with rounds of UNO, or making cherished memories during her annual Sisters Retreats. She especially treasured the time spent with those she loved and will be dearly missed.

A time to visit with family and friends will be on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 2-4pm with a brief service at 4pm, at Cruz Family Funeral Home, Osceola. Cremation will follow the service with a private burial graveside at a later date.
