Janet Lee (Johnson) Daniel

Janet Daniel, age 73, of Mishawaka passed away on July 11, 2023, at St. Joseph Regional Hospital. She was born on January 31, 1950, to James Johnson and Virginia (Smallwood) Reed.

She is survived by her mother, her children, George Cox, Michael Cox, Jennifer Cox. 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson. Siblings, Sisters, Peggy Terry, Gail Marshall, and a brother, Kenny (Wendy) Johnson. Preceding her in death was her brother Terry Johnson.

Janet graduated from Mishawaka High School and worked at a dry cleaner company until her retirement. After retirement, Janet loved to garden, especially attending to her lilies and other flowers. She collected roosters and salt/pepper shakers of all shapes and sizes. Janet loved spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by all.

Cruz Family Funeral Home of Osceola has been entrusted with her care.
