Juniper Kristine Burtis

Juniper Christine Burtis, three weeks old, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2025. She was born on August 28, 2025, to Patrick Dayvone Burtis and Tiffany Jade Porter. In her short time on earth, she knew only love and comfort.

She is survived by her parents; her grandparents, Christina Farnsworth and Stephen (Carrie) Brown, Patrick Earl Burtis and Yvonne Curtis and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Juniper loved to be held and snuggled. She adored her mommy and daddy, and they loved her with all their hearts. 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Pilgrim Rest Church in Elkhart, Indiana, with a private burial to follow at Scott Cemetery in Shipshewana. Cruz Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care.
