Patricia S. “Pat” Jackmovich, 87, of Mishawaka, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Cedarhurst Assisted Living Center. Born June 23, 1938, in South Bend, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Wechnerowski) Otolski. On February 18, 1957, she married Walter “Fred” Jackmovich in South Bend, and together they shared 49 years of marriage before his passing in May 2006.

Pat is survived by her children, Fred Jackmovich of Nevada and Renee (Pat) Kavanaugh of Osceola; five grandchildren, Jamie Jackmovich, Jason Jackmovich, Craig Shriver, Justin Shriver, and Joey Jackmovich; and five great-grandchildren, Kody, Jay, Julia, Jacob, and Joshua. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara Crump. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Theresa Katona, Clemie Muckenfuss, Virginia Korkhouse, and Walt Hes.

Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who took great joy in her family. She loved watching her grandsons grow up and spending time with her great-grandchildren. She will be remembered as a gifted homemaker who was proud to create a warm and welcoming home. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, relaxing with an ice cold beer, shopping, and spending time with family and friends at the cabin on Buck Lake.

A time to gather and celebrate Pat’s life will be held from 5–7 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Cruz Family Funeral Home in Osceola.
