Paul Boggs, Jr., 80, of Niles, MI unexpectedly passed at his home on Friday evening, August 14, 2026. He was born on March 19, 1946, to the late Paul, Sr. and Betty (Bourdon) Boggs and later married Jacqueline McCombs, who survives.

Along with Jacqueline, their son, Nathaniel (Stormey) Boggs of Osceola and sister Carol Herthoge survive, along with their granddaughter, Alivia.

Paul worked as a technician for Honeywell for many years until his retirement. Outside of work, he enjoyed working on anything electronic and was always happiest when he had a project to tinker with. He especially enjoyed 1/8-scale model railroads, punch card-style music boxes and instruments, and finding creative ways to repair or improve almost anything. He also looked forward to attending events with American Hughey Post 369 near Grissom Air Reserve Base, where he remained connected to his military service and the friendships it brought. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army as a radio operator in Vietnam, and his service remained an important part of his life throughout the years.

A time to visit with the family is planned for Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12 -2p at Cruz Family Funeral Home, Osceola. He will be laid to rest following the visitation at Smith Chapel in Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that as we honor and remember Paul, you kindly consider supporting the family in covering final expenses through our secure crowdfunding platform. Your generous contributions will help ease the financial burden on the family and ensure that his services are a meaningful tribute to a life well lived.
