Ryan Watts

Ryan Forest Watts, 36, of Mishawaka, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Indianapolis University Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on July 7, 1989, in Valparaiso to Andrea and Randy Watts.

A graduate of Penn High School, Class of 2008, Ryan went on to continue his education at Ball State University and began his career with Lippert for many years, before starting a new chapter in concrete cutting.

He is survived by his loving mother, Andrea, many extended family members and close friends who he considered family and his fur baby, Mila. He was preceded in death by his father, Randy.

Ryan was known for his love of cooking, his unmistakable laugh, and his steady willingness to lend a hand to those he cared about. He was fearless and independent, never one to back down from a new adventure and lived with a bold heart and a generous spirit. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him well.

A time to celebrate Ryan’s life is scheduled for Friday, August 8, 2025, from 4-8pm at Cruz Family Funeral Home. There will be a moment to share memories for the last 30 minutes of time together. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Pet Refuge.
