Tarina R. Graf

Tarina Renee Graf, age 56 of Osceola, passed away with her husband by her side on February 25, 2026. Tarina was born May 22, 1969, in Kokomo, Indiana to Woodrow and Georgia “Karlene” Ryan. Tarina was a graduate of Kokomo High School and later earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University. She devoted her career to caring for others while working at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, serving in the Post-Op unit. She also worked at Goshen Hospital previously as an ICU nurse. On June 29, 2025, she married her soulmate, Russ Graf in Rome City, Indiana.

Russ survives, along with their children, Kienan Morgan, Krysten Ryan-Graf, Russell Graf IV, and Camden Graf; her grandson, Grayson Ewing; her mother Karlene Ryan, and her brother, Chris Ryan. Her father Woodrow preceded her in death. Her son Kacey Morgan proceed her in death

Tarina loved her grandson dearly and enjoyed the time they spent together, including creating an interactive classroom where she homeschooled him. This 4’11” firecracker. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved spending time on Waldron Lake “her happy place” with Russ on their pontoon boat, which they named “Your Mom,” bringing plenty of laughs whenever people asked about the name. She loved her fur babies. Her cats Frank and Jerome and her closest companion dog Al Green. Tarina had a keen eye for interior design and was looking forward to sharing her ideas while rebuilding the home she and Russ recently lost in a fire.

A celebration of Tarina’s life will be held at a later date. Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Osceola has been entrusted with her care.

In her memory, donations may be made to any local cancer center to help others in need in our community, including River Bend, Hello Gorgeous, or Cancer Resources for Elkhart.
