Bill worked as a foreman in the concrete industry and was a proud member of the Plaster and Cement Masons Local 692, Area 101 Chapter. He was part of the union for over 70 years and officially retired in 1995, although he never truly stopped working. He often helped his sons with concrete jobs and was always ready to lend a hand to others. Bill was known for his strong work ethic and was well respected by the people he worked with. He led by example and believed in doing things the right way. He passed those values on to his sons.

At home, Bill took great pride in his yard. Mowing the lawn was one of his favorite ways to spend time. He also enjoyed collecting antiques, guns, and silver certificate bills. Bill’s life was shaped by hard work and helping others. He loved his grandchildren deeply and was always there when someone needed him.
