Jim was employed for many years in the manufacturing industry. While employed, he developed several machines that modernized the industry and had a natural talent for figuring out mechanical issues and repairing them in a timely manner. He also loved history, especially the military history of WWII and the airplanes flown during the war. Jim will always be remembered as a car enthusiast. After Caroll Shelby built his first Shelby Cobra Mustang in 1965, Jim fell in love with all things Shelby and was passionate about them throughout his days.
