Johnathan Paul Towne

UPDATE: Friends and family will gather one hour prior to a celebration of John’s life at 11:00 Saturday, September 26,2020 at Cruz Family Funeral Home in Osceola. 

Johnathan Paul Towne, age 44 of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly in a motor vehicle accident on the morning of July 24, 2020.  John was born July 4, 1976 in Elkhart, Indiana to Roberta (Towne) and James Charles Boze.  Following graduation from Edwardsburg High School, John worked in the RV Industry for several years.

He is survived by his mother Roberta Boze of Elkhart, his stepfather Monte Emery of Elkhart and his siblings Scott Weldy, Edward Boze and Jason (Fiancée Ivy Walter) Boze of Cassopolis, Michigan.  Also surviving is his nephew Nicholas Boze.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends and family will gather one hour prior to a celebration of John’s life at 11:00 Saturday, September 26,2020.  Cruz Family Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting with the arrangements.  

John was a kindhearted man who enjoyed spending time with his friends.  Very social and outgoing, he enjoyed meeting new people and spending time with his family.
