Lori Ann (Kidder) Osterloo

Lori Ann Osterloo, age 52 of Osceola, passed away at Elkhart Meadows on September 14, 2022. Lori was born April 30, 1970, in South Bend, Indiana.  She was a graduate of Penn High School, class of 1988. 

Lori is survived by her parents Larry and Janice (White) Kidder of Osceola and her son Cole Osterloo and her stepson Garet Osterloo, both of Elkhart. Surviving as well is her sister Holly (Chad) Whitaker of Osceola.  She was preceded in death by her son Blake Osterloo, her nephew Camden Thomas, her niece Brooklyn Thomas, and her grandparents Ben and Gladys White and Lloyd and Laura Kidder.  

Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Cruz Family Funeral Home in Osceola. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.  

Lori was employed as a receptionist for several years before her love for animals led her to take a position as an assistant to the Veterinarians at Animal Care North in Elkhart. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping and spending time with her son Cole binging movies and TV shows.  

A true “people person,” Lori’s outgoing demeanor, warm smile, and fun-loving personality drew people close to her. She never met a stranger, and her sense of humor will be remembered by all the people she loved to play jokes on.
