Obituary
Phillip Eugene Vickery, age 61, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Granger on April 13, 2023. Phillip was born July 28, 1961, in Mishawaka, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Gnita (Gibson) Smith. He was a graduate of Mishawka High School and was later employed as a supervisor in the metal fabrication industry for several years.
Surviving are his sons Brandon Stephens and Braylon Sappenfield, along with his sister Karla (Steve) Haggin.
In his spare time, Phillip enjoyed watching movies and sports, especially the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Chicago Bears, and Cincinnati Bengals. He also loved listening to music.
