Edward C. Sparks

Edward C. Sparks, age 71 of Cassopolis, MI, passed away Sun. Aug. 6, 2017 at Cass County Medical Care Facility.  Ed was born Apr. 19, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH.                         Surviving are his nieces and nephews Angela Hill, Lisa Lambuth Richard Sparks, and Jerry Sparks, 28 great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews. Preceding Ed in death was his father, Joseph Sparks, his mother & step-father Imogene & Raymond Rueter, his siblings Joseph Richard Sparks and Joseph Allen Sparks, his great niece Cierra Huynh and great nephew Richard E. Sparks. 

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the 10:oo am funeral ceremony on Friday, Aug.11, 2017 at Cruz Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Osceola.  Interment be held privately in Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.

Ed will forever be remembered for his sweet spirit and the desire to help others at the Cass County Medical Care Facility where he was known as the “Bingo King.”
